Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be 18 or older to use Wonton. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wonton to:

• Host illegal content or violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Abuse the AI generation system (automated bulk generation)
• Reverse-engineer or extract proprietary platform components

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing settings — you'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. We'll email you before any price change affects your subscription.

Refunds

If you cancel a monthly subscription, no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of renewal are eligible for a pro-rated refund.

AI generation credits used during a billing period are non-refundable — compute was consumed to run those generations.

Liability limitations

Wonton is provided "as is." We're not liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to this service

We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
